1Roof Subscription Manager ("the app") is designed to be private. This policy explains what the app stores, what it never collects, and the choices you have.

What stays on your device

• Your subscriptions (names, prices, dates, categories, notes) are stored on your device.
• Receipts, screenshots, and bank-statement files you use to add subscriptions are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to us or anyone else.

Optional cloud sync (Pro, only if you sign in)

Cloud sync is an optional Pro feature. On the free plan your data stays entirely on your device. If you subscribe to Pro and sign in with Google to sync across your devices, only your subscription records (and your account email) are stored in our secure database to enable sync. Statements and images are never synced. Sign-in is entirely optional — the app is fully functional without an account.

Purchases

If you buy a Pro subscription, the purchase is handled by Google Play and our payments provider (RevenueCat) to unlock your plan. This involves your purchase record and an anonymous identifier. We never receive your card details.

What we never do

• We do not connect to your bank or ask for bank/account passwords.
• We show no ads and use no advertising ID.
• We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Your control

• Delete all local data by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.
• If you signed in, you can export your data and delete your cloud data from within the app's Settings at any time.
